Punch Card Terms & Conditions

Available to first-time Chelsea Forest Play visitors only. If you've previously attended any Open Play session, class, event, party, or other program at Chelsea Forest Play, you are not eligible for a punch card.

Limit one punch card per family.

One punch per day, regardless of how many Open Play sessions you attend that day.

Siblings attending together count as one punch.

Punches are earned for Open Play only.

Punches are tied to the account holder and are not transferable.

Please let our front desk know when you arrive that you'd like your punch added.

Forgot to ask? No problem! We can add missed punches later by checking your visit history.

After your 4th punched visit, you'll receive a promo code for one free Open Play session for one child to use on your next booking.

The punch card is complete once the reward code has been issued.

Punch cards expire 3 months from the date of the first punch.

Reward codes expire 180 days after they are issued.

Reward codes cannot be combined with class packs, memberships, discounts, or other promotions.

Punches and reward codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or refunds.

Chelsea Forest Play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time.
