We will focus on poses and breathing techniques that support the changing body and help prepare you for childbirth. This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and is designed to enhance physical strength, flexibility, and relaxation. We are excited for you to join us on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as you prepare for the beautiful experience of motherhood.

This small-group prenatal yoga class is designed for just 6 participants, allowing for individualized guidance and personalized instruction. 

Yoga mats are provided or you're welcome to bring your own.
