Prenatal Yoga: Wildflower Flow

This small-group prenatal yoga class is designed for just 6 participants, allowing for individualized guidance and personalized instruction. 

Yoga mats are provided or you're welcome to bring your own.

Curriculum

We will focus on poses and breathing techniques that support the changing body and help prepare you for childbirth. This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and is designed to enhance physical strength, flexibility, and relaxation. We are excited for you to join us on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as you prepare for the beautiful experience of motherhood.

Meet Your Instructor

Ginger is passionate about helping individuals achieve harmony in mind, body, and spirit. Ginger became a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Works in 2010, obtained her Prenatal Yoga Certification through Samba Yoga in 2013, and became a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2023. She leads classes, workshops, and private lessons to people of all ages and abilities throughout Manhattan. She is very excited to assist you in feeling stronger, more flexible, balanced, and centered. See you on the mat!
